The Cremants d'Alsace: a delightful range of sparkling wines made from the champagne method (methode traditionnelle). Yellow pale disk with nice brilliance and persisting mousse. An expressive nose full of fresh fruits, apple peaches and apricots. Nice maturity and ripe fruit on the palate.
